APPLICATION
These Rubber with reinforced or without reinforced hoses are used as connecting parts between two application ends. Using appropriate elastomers and reinforcements these hoses can be used for various types of applications (Like water resistance, fuel fluid, oil, slurry, food grade, High Pressure, Hydraulic) without low temperature & high temperature application. These products have wide range of application in Automotive, Industrial, mining, Aviation, Agriculture & General sectors.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

• Non corrosive (i.e. resistance to fluid, oil, water, ozone etc)
• To provide proper & simple connection at to ends of misaligned pipes.
• Easy handling / flexible.
• Two or more elastomers used to achieve inner & outer properties as required by the application.
• Reinforcements provide burst strength, vacuum collapse resistance, even bore ID, Dimensional stability during service.

PERFORMANCE TEST

• All physical parameters & chemical analysis conducted on product according to the application media/conduction.
• Accelerated aging conducted according to the end application media/conduction.
• Pressure Test Conducted/ proof test on individual product.
• Vacuum collapse Test.
• Ozone Resistance.
• Cold Flexibility.
• Adhesion Test.
