MOULDED RUBBER COMPONENTS

SPIL is manufacturing wide range of molded products of varied specification and size generally used by Automotive, Engineering, Railways and other industrial applications. These are manufactured from various polymers depend upon its specifications to meet the required application results. Products are manufactured by processes of Compression, Transfer and Injection molding.

GASKETS
These components are used for sealing purpose in Automotive, Railways, Engineering, Defense and other general applications. Using various types of elastomers, gaskets can be made suitable for various applications.

GROMMETS
These components are used for multiple applications for covering, protection, transmission drives and acting as dustproof material for electrical applications.

'O' RINGS / SEALS
These components are used for sealing packing and many other applications like hydraulic and pneumatic systems. These components can be designed depending on service conditions manufactured from various polymers as per the application specifications.

RUBBER BELLOWS / BUS DUCT BELLOWS
These Flexible components mostly in variety of corrugated design protects the shaft joints, movable joints, transmission livers by preventing dust and foreign particles. These components are used mostly in all sectors like Automobile, Defense, Railways to improve the service life and durability of machines/ service parts.

BUTTERFLY VALVE LINER
These Components are mainly used for control valves which serve purpose of sealing as well as bearing. These high abrasion resistance flexible components are designed for all service conditions and temperature Resistance from -70°c to +250°c

POLYMID INSERTED DIAPHRAGMS
These polyamide elastomer thin components are used in regulators / control system. These components are made of using various elastomers with & various fabric / Textiles to suit the end applications to achieve impermeability of media (gases, liquids).

CONNECTORS
Connectors are widely used molded components without reinforcement in almost all industrial sectors. Variety of size and shape are used according to the end application. These are generally used to transfer hot air & liquids.

RUBBER PADS
Rubber pads are widely used in most of the industrial applications like Railways, Mining, Packing, Construction, and Engineering, Electrical etc. to maintain alignment of heavy service conditions and also to reduce wear & tear, noise and vibration.
